Focus and Scope

Border : Jurnal Arsitektur is a peer-reviewed, open access journal published two times a year (June and November) by the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Architecture and Design, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jawa Timur. The journal is dedicated to publishing high-quality original research articles, review papers, and general scientific contributions across all areas of architecture.

The journal seeks to foster intellectual exchange and interdisciplinary dialogue among researchers and practitioners by integrating diverse perspectives, methodologies, and topics within the architectural field. 

The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to:

  • Architecture

  • Theory and Architectural Criticism

  • Urban Design and Planning

  • Urban and Residential areas

  • Environmental Architecture

  • Building structures

  • other areas of the Built Environment.

Border : Jurnal Arsitektur welcomes submissions from researchers and professionals who are engaged in advancing knowledge and innovation in these fields.
